Austrian pine Oil Benefits

Pinus nigra essential oil has a invigorating, strong and refreshing aroma. It works as antiseptic and its inhalation are wonderful for colds.

 It stimulates the circulation and alleviate stiffness, rheumatism and muscle pain. It is used for the preparation of massage oil to alleviate muscles pain, rheumatism, arthritis, fatigue, apathy, etc. 

It is ideal for steam inhalation, saunas and baths because it improve  overall respiratory health and refreshes the area.

It can be used alone or in combination with an essential oil of eucalyptus, peppermint or tea tree for steam inhalation in case of cold, bronchitis, sore throat and sinus inflammation.

 However, do not use undiluted  essential oil directly on skin because it can burn the skin. Instead, you can dilute 3-20 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil, such as jojoba, olive or almond oil, and then apply it to the face, body or scalp as a massage oil.
